Personel is friendly to Italians and not so friendly to tourists. So Italians get cappuccino and tourists filter coffee. If you insist you also get cappuccino, but not with a smile...."

"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen."
